As per the twitter handle of SBI mutual fund @SBIMF, the new chatbot which will serve as an online assistant to mutual fund queries 'YUVA' has been lately unveiled. As per the financial company, the chatbot is a tool stimulated with artificial intelligence feature to function at par with humans. The system can be integrated to function as a communication interface both in case of text and voice commands.

How the new 'YUVA' chatbox will help SBI mutual fund investors?
1. The chatbot works holistically all through day and night and irrespective of whether it is a working or non-working day without breaks.
2. Real-time assistance is available with the YUVA chatbot and that too without much human interface.
3. In a case when the chatbot will not be able to answer your raised query in a satisfied way, it can also connect you with the company's representative.
The launch of the YUVA platform is cost-effective for the mutual fund arm as it single-handedly can handle and answer queries concerning different subjects from multiple users at a given point of time. While in case of human resource, one representative of the concern is tasked to deal with a customer at one point in time.
So, the new chatbox using machine learning algorithm is likely to perform much better and help the users and investors of SBI mutual funds in a cost-effective way.
