One of the last few IPOs of the year, the ICICI Prudential AMC IPO allotment status will finally be released today after the public issue clocked massive investor demand across categories. The IPO, which is one of the largest offerings of 2025, was oversubscribed 39.17 times, as people are now willing to invest in one of India's leading asset management companies. Even in the grey market the issue is in high demand and is trading with a premium of Rs. 315 per share.

As per the final data available on December 16, the ICICI Prudential AMC IPO subscription stood at an impressive 39.17 times overall. The issue was subscribed 2.53 times in the retail category, while Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) subscribed to the IPO a whopping 123.87 times, excluding anchor investors. The Non-Institutional Investors (NII) segment closed with a 22.04 times subscription.
How to Check ICICI Prudential AMC IPO Allotment Status: Step-by-Step Guide
Once the allotment is finalised, investors can check their ICICI Prudential AMC IPO allotment status through three official platforms: KFin Technologies (registrar), BSE, and NSE.
Check on KFin Technologies.
Step 1: Open your web browser and search for "KFinTech IPO allotment status".
Step 2: Click on the official KFin Technologies IPO status page.
Step 3: From the dropdown menu, select ICICI Prudential AMC as the IPO name.
Step 4: Choose any one option to search: PAN number, application number, or DP ID-Client ID.
Step 5: Enter the selected details correctly and complete the captcha verification.
Step 6: Click on Submit/Search to view your IPO allotment status and the number of shares allotted.
Check on BSE.
Step 1: Visit the BSE website and search for "BSE IPO allotment status".
Step 2: Open the page titled Status of Issue Application.
Step 3: Select Equity under Issue Type and choose ICICI Prudential AMC from the Issue Name list.
Step 4: Enter your PAN or application number.
Step 5: Complete the "I'm not a robot" captcha and click Search.
Step 6: Your ICICI Prudential AMC IPO allotment status will appear on the screen.
Check on NSE.
Step 1: Go to the NSE website and search for "NSE IPO bid verification".
Step 2: Select ICICI Prudential AMC from the issue dropdown list.
Step 3: Enter your PAN or application details as required.
Step 4: Click on Submit to check your IPO allotment status.
Alternatively, investors can also check the allotment status through their broker apps, such as Zerodha, Groww, Upstox, Angel One, and others, by visiting the IPO section in the app.
Investors who receive an allotment will see the shares credited to their demat accounts before listing, while refunds for non-allottees will be initiated soon after.
ICICI Prudential AMC IPO Details and GMP Today
The ICICI Prudential AMC IPO is worth Rs. 10,602.65 crores. The issue is entirely an offer for sale of 4.90 crore shares. The issue opened for public subscription on December 12 and closed on December 16. As of today the ICICI Prudential AMC IPO GMP is Rs. 351 as per data from the InvestorGain website. If the same range continues, the issue may list with a premium of 16.12% per share. The ICICI Prudential AMC IPO listing is scheduled to be December 19 on the exchanges.
