Subsequently, our Company was converted into public limited company pursuant to a shareholders’ resolution passed at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on March 23, 2024 and name of our Company was changed to “Wagons Learning Limited” and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 15, 2024, was issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. As on date of this Red Herring Prospectus, the Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U93000PN2013PLC149316.
