Our Company was originally incorporated as Private Limited Company in the name of “Stanbik Commercial Private Limited” on February 10, 2021 under the provision of the Companies Act, 2013 bearing Corporate Identification Number U51909GJ2021PTC120155 issued by Central Registration ... Centre, Registrar of Companies-Ahmedabad. Subsequently, the name of our company was changed to “Stanbik Agro Private Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation was obtained on March 21, 2024. Our company has acquired the partnership firm 'Jay Chamunda Trading Company,' owned by our promoters Ashokbhai Dhanajibhai Prajapati and Chirag Ashokbhai Prajapati, on March 22, 2024, under the terms of a Business Transfer Agreement. Further, our Company was converted into Public Limited Company under the Companies Act, 2013 and the name of Our Company was changed to “Stanbik Agro Limited” vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion from Private Company to Public Company dated July 8, 2024 bearing Corporate Identification Number U51909GJ2021PLC120155 issued by Registrar of Companies – Ahmedabad. Initially, the Registered Office of the Company was situated at 137/3/1, +550/B/1, Nani Salviwad, Saraspur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, 380018, thereafter it was changed to F-104 Om Residensy, Adalaj, Gandhinagar,- 382421, Gujarat, India vide Special Resolution dated October 18, 2023. It was further changed to D 1106, Titanium City Centre, Near Sachin Tower, 100 Feet Road, S A C, Ahmedabad, Ahmedabad City, Gujarat, India, 380015 vide a Special Resolution dated January 1, 2024.
