• Enter the 11-digit Customer Information (CIF) number from your passbook.
• Select your country, enter your registered mobile number, enter the captcha code, and submit your data.
• Tap 'Confirm' after entering the one-time password (OTP) that was sent to your phone.
• The User ID will now be displayed on your phone.

How to recover SBI password

• Go to onlinesbi.com and select 'Forgot Password.'
• Enter all of the requested information; a new password will be emailed to the registered email address.
• Sign in and change your password to protect your account.

How to reset SBI YONO username

• To access the official website of the State Bank of India, go to onlinesbi.com.
• Select Login from the Personal Banking section.
• Following that, in the account details section, click the "Forgot username/login password" link.
• Tap on "forgot my username".
• On the pop-up window, click Next.
• Fill in the necessary fields, such as the CIF number, country, registered mobile number, and captcha code.
• Click the "Submit" button.
• Now, enter the OTP that was sent to your registered mobile number and click Confirm.
• On the screen, the SBI portal will display your new YONO SBI login username and a message will be sent to your mobile.

• Press the "next" button in the pop-up window now.
• Enter the required details and the Captcha code
• Please submit the information.
