The Ministry of Electronics & IT established a new organization, CSC e-Services India Limited, under the Companies Act of 1956 to oversee the execution of the CSC program. Thus it will improve the consistency and viability of CSC operations across the city. CSC's are a major part of the Digital India Program, the access points for the delivery of various digital services in Patna's rural areas, transforming into an economically efficient network. CSC's are considered as transformative agents which promote rural entrepreneurship and maximize rural efficiency.

These are enablers of community involvement and have a progressive change to promote social advancement from a bottom-up perspective, with the intent of providing G2C and B2C facilities to the villagers of Patna. CSC SPV 's primary mission is to help CSCs as a reliable, effective, and stable Citizen Service Points network that integrates Patna's local people with government entities, enterprises, banks, insurance firms, educational facilities, and to develop Patna's economic level.

VLE is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service through the Digital Seva platform. Furthermore, any hidden costs are not charged to VLE and the registration of VLE (Village Level Entrepreneur) on the CSC web portal is already prohibited. As the cumulative number of active VLEs has reached their limits in each Gram Panchayat or village, there is no provision for any further CSC IDs, however, if the CSC needs more registration, they can let you know on their website. Previously, CSC enrollment is much simpler, but now it's very challenging to implement. Secondly, it is mandated to join an SHG Group for the registration of CSC in Patna. CSC 2.0 Guidance on implementation at Patna.

Currently, CSC is a functioning initiative platform with no competitive hardware and technology assistance limitations for the Government of India's Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs). Regular CSC roles and announcements of new programs and VLEs are supported with immediate assistance by planning of the Entrepreneurship Development Program.

The national brand "Digital Seva Kendras," along with the co-brands of the States / UTs, was introduced to ensure standardization in all States / UTs.

This offers a transparent and accountable mapping mechanism for eServices delivered by CSCs with a different CSC and GIS mapping number for each and every area to help the government make up the difference in creating a self-sustaining CSC network throughout the city. CSC — SPV is the initiating body for the CSC 2.0 plan to produce the DeitY and State / UT Administration with ample program management support to maintain the effective use of the project. And after the introduction of the CSC sustainability project around the region, the CSC SPV is an organization is now the most running project in Patna. The key objectives to be achieved, by CSC-SPV are classified below:

  • Function as the agent to jointly promote on-board and service delivery (G2C, B2C & B2B) via the integrated development network of CSCs. It will guarantee a similar collection of facilities, irrespective of location, that is available at all CSCs.
  • Implement and build out a single CSC development program for the introduction of CSC 2.0 at the national level. This would include many major performance indicators (KPIs), such as efficient financial management, professional human resource administration, MIS and administration, effective service efficiency, support desk, capacity management, and the integration of all other networks across Patna.
  • To facilitate the growth of national and state branding by state / UT.
  • To allow and maintain local language customer care services for the operation of VLEs.
  • To continue the scheme analyzed and audited regularly through all CSCs.
  • To operate a training program on skill development and entrepreneurship that consistently serve both current CSCs and the latest CSCs across the city.
